Central Festival Phuket is the biggest shopping mall in Phuket located in Phuket town. It is nowhere near Patong beach so we decided to spend our last day in Phuket in Phuket town to check out this shopping mall and the weekend night market.
The mall looked huge from the outside but the stores mix was kinda average. They have the Thai brands like Harn, Thann and Jim Thompson, but sadly Naraya had closed down when we were there. The other brands that could be easily found in Malaysia like Mango, Zara, Aldo, Promod, La Senza, Dorothy Perkins and even Vincci were seen in this shopping mall. I loved the Central Food Hall which is the up market supermarket at the Ground floor, which I got most of the Thai souvenirs and food stuff, especially my favourite Chilli Powder!

Well, before we started the shopping, we headed to the Food Court located at the 2nd floor to fill our stomach. The selection of food was alright but the taste was a little average, made me miss the Central World’s Flavour Food Court in Bangkok even more. Most of the Thai food was found in the food court (except for the water chestnut dessert), with average price of THB50-100 per dish. Overall, the food was quite average and I’d probably explore other restaurants in the shopping mall if I ever return to this place again.
