This Hong Kong styled restaurant at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur has the best view as you can see the KL’s skyline and the iconic KLCC from the restaurant. However the food was average with a pricey price tag but still it was a good place to hang out with friends given the lovely view. You will be spoiled with choices from the drinks menu but I still love the Hong Kong Silk Tea the most.
