I went to check out this bazaar sale at Avenue K yesterday morning. I reached there about 11am and the place was so quiet. The car park was horrible and unsafe for gals, the lift and the upkeep of the mall was also terrible. I couldn’t believe the first time I came to Avenue K and it already gave me such bad impression. This mall supposedly to be the hip & new place right across KLCC but the way I looked at it, this mall was pretty doomed. Anyway I quickly made my way to the shop and only manage to pick 2 pair of shoes. They didn’t have many super high heels available so my choices were limited. However, I was much delighted when I found out that they were giving additional 10% off any purchase exclusively for American Express & Maybank Cardmembers, which I gladly pulled out my Maybank credit cards and paid for my purchase. In the end I only paid RM304.2 for the shoes (price before additional 10% off was RM169 each; price after was RM152.10 each).
