Food for Thought 138 – Bruno’s at Jaya 33

Last Friday my boss treated a few of us a good dinner at Bruno’s. Bruno’s at Jaya 33 is a new Continental restaurant in town with nice decors and ambiance. Chef recommendations include the Iberian Black Ham which is a tasting platter consisting of Salchichon Cular (raw cured ham), Chorizo Sabadena Sarta (dry-cured sausage seasoned with Spanish smoked paprika) and Jamon Serrano Consorcio Villar (cured ham), Onion Soup Au Gratin, Iberian Pork Ribs, and Braised Lamb Shank. I loved my Pasta with White Wines and Shrimps, but found the Iberian Black Ham platter a bit too raw to my liking. Overall I’d rate the place at 7 out of 10.
