Jin Yang Fan Zhuang (晋阳饭庄) is a famous Shan Xi (山西) restaurant in Beijing with 3 outlets in town. They served a different type of duck which was the Crispy Duck (香酥鸭) although the side dishes & sauce were the same as the Peking Duck. For some reasons I prefer this over the Peking Duck maybe because it was really crispy and I got to eat some real meat rather than just skin like the Peking Duck. Overall the food was really tasty but I gotta passed on the Beijing Zha Jiang Mian (炸酱面) cause it was way too salty to my liking. I wonder why all the Beijing people loves saltly food?
