Finally I bought my new camera at the Midvalley PC Expo over the weekend after almost a month long of research. For RM2,699 (RRP RM2,999) I got myself a Sony NEX5N twin lens kit (16mm & 18-55mm lens), a 8GB SD Card, a tripod, and a Sony carry bag.
I fell in love immediately for this camera after taking a few shots with it and absolutely amazed by the depth of the pictures. When the battery was fully charged (after almost 4 hours), I’d been playing with my new toy for the whole night and I was loving every minute of it. Since I’m a new upgrade from Point & Shoot camera, I still have a lot to learn to work this DSLR-liked camera with such complicated functions. Hopefully soon I’ll master this new camera and more great quality pictures will come my way. ^-^

great shots! plan on getting the same camera, minus the smaller lens. which lens do you use more?
Thanks. I use the zoom lens more than the pancake lens. Happy shooting when you get your new camera!
Hi, does your camera has a clicking issue when recording video? Apparently many owner are complaining about this. Sony seem to offer support for affected customers.
Kind regards
Michael
yes the clicking noise is there when u record video and move the camera around while doing that. But I don't use the video function much so it doesn't really bug me.. In the States Sony did offer to repair the flaw but not sure about here in Malaysia
