The street of Wang Fu Jin (王府井) is one of the busiest streets in Beijing. It is located near the Tian An Men Square and filled with shopping complexes, offices, eating streets and many other interesting stalls. I went there for a walk and was amazed by all the huge Olympic 2008 billboards across the streets, as well as all the shopping complexes that are filled with people and products that I never see before. I tried the local delicacies Bing Tang Hu Lu (冰糖葫芦 – fruits covered with sugar) & Bao Du (爆肚 – intestine of the lamb with soup) at the Dong Hua Men Eating Street (东华门小吃街) near Wang Fu Jin. Those food tasted good, though the idea of eating intestine wasn’t fascinating but what the hell I’m Chinese and intestine is not the worst stuff that the Chinese loves to eat. What about the chicken feet?
