I realized Beijing city has a lot of interesting yet advance architectures and buildings. My sis was explaining to me that all electricity, water & gas are prepaid services. So if one doesn’t keep track with the meter, then most likely there will be a blackout situation or shampoo half way situation. Though the property prices in Beijing are sky high but I do think that their building technology is far ahead than a lot of places, forget about KL definitely.
