Bangkok 116 – Leaving on a Jetplane

At last we had to go home at the end of day 5, we reluctantly packed our bags, yet we were relieved that we no longer needed to spend anymore money cause we were flat broke. Anyway, we reached the airport early to check in our luggage and thank God we didn’t get charged for our slightly overweight luggage, each person was entitled for 20kg baggage allowance and my luggage was 23 kg. Then, we went to hunt for food inside the departure hall, which we quickly set our eyes on Burger King since it was the only fast food available at the airport. At least we got to have bacon in our burgers right before we returned to our homeland with little pork. I’m not that into pork but I’m a meat lover, well since I’m out of the country for the short 5 days then I deserved the lil extra pork in my daily meals.
Thanks to MAS (Malaysian Airlines’) everyday low fares promotion, we got to fly in a more comfortable way versus the low budget Air Asia, and we got to try the MAS latest hot meals on board. Whatever bad times that MAS used to have, but to our surprise the Pizza meal on board was good. I had the roti canai meal when I was flying to Bangkok earlier and I also loved it. I think MAS is up for something good after all with the low fares promotions & revamped meal on board.
