Bangkok 105 – Tour De Grand Palace

As an effort to save our wallet from burning deeper, we decided to spend half a day at the Grand Palace, where the King of Thailand used to live and also home to one of the famous Buddha statue in Bangkok, the Emerald Buddha. We only spend 300BHT (RM30) for the entrance ticket and we spent almost 3 hours inside. If we were to spend our time at shopping, we’d have spent 3,000BHT at least within 3 hours. This was my first time visiting this famous tourist spot out of my many trips to Bangkok previously.
The place was filled with people and the ares was huge. Although it was drizzling, we still able to cover almost every part of the Grand Palace. I’d put my tiny Fujifilm Z100fd to work its ass off and managed to snap over 200 photos inside the Grand Palace. I personally loved the water lilies shots, although I’m still an amateur but I do have a thing for photography. By the time I finished scouting the area, I barely felt my legs anymore.
