Fei Teng Yu Xiang Restaurant (沸腾鱼乡) is one of the famous restaurants in Beijing, which serves the famous Water/Oil cooked fish (水煮鱼). This signature dish is known for its spiciness, which a fresh fish is cooked and served with a big pot of oil. I loved this spicy dish although it was quite oily. Apart from the fish, I also loved the spicy fried beef ribs and the spicy prawns. Because of my love for spicy food, the whole dinner was filled with spicy dishes. For the scale of 1-10, I’d give 8 to this restaurant.
