This is probably the best Korean cold noodle (Naengmyeon) that I’d tried in my life. This famous restaurant located in Myeongdong is clean and cozy. We went there slightly after lunch time so the place was quite quiet. For over 35 years, this place has been serving the same dishes which is the Hamheung styled cold noodle. We ordered the spicy cold noodle (bibim naengmyeon) and a bowl of handmade dumplings for KRW7,000 (about MYR20) each, perhaps one of the cheapest food we had in Seoul. The noodle is made from potato or sweet potato starch, so the noodles are very chewy in texture. Overall, that was a really good meal and make me even miss having a good Korean cold noodle here in KL.
