Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang Quỳnh is the Phnom Penh style Vietnamese rice noodle with pork and shrimp, kinda different from the Vietnamese Pho that we’d been having in Ho Chi Minh. Price from VND58,000 (about RM9), we got to try a different rice noodle in Vietnam. I could have tried the dried noodle version instead since I always like dried noodle but for some reason I picked the soup version. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed it, probably because I’m always a noodle person, and the soup was really tasty. The shrimp and pork made it different from the Vietnamese Pho which is served with beef, and both are delicious in their own way anyway.
