Shopping Cart 138 - H&M Kuala Lumpur • Sassy Urbanite's Diary

H&M finally opened in Malaysia last month on September 22nd at Lot 10. The extremely long queue on the opening day made headlines everywhere. I’d been shopping at H&M when I worked in China and holidayed in Hong Kong, miss it when I was back in Malaysia last year. I always love their stuff, especially the dresses and accessories, got plenty of those over the years after the excessive shopping. I was kinda disappointed with the H&M Singapore with their selection when I went there last year, so I was hopeful that the KL outlet would do better

I finally made my first trip there 2 weeks ago thinking the faze should have died down a little, but I was totally wrong on a Friday lunchtime where the place was packed with people (mostly ladies) busy browsing through the store. The flagship outlet at Lot 10 is quite huge with 3 floors full of fashion items. Their prices are much cheaper than other high street brands like Zara, Topshop etc, which explained the huge crowd and followers around town. I had about 45 minutes at the store, found a lot of stuff that I like but didn’t get the chance to try them on. I should head back there again soon, though I’m scared for my wallet….
