This restaurant in Causeway Bay near Times Square Mall is often praised for having the “most authentic Guangdong wonton noodles” in Hong Kong, and was awarded one Michelin star in 2011. My sister and I went for a quick bite on a rainy afternoon, and found ourselves extremely satisfied with the warm and chewy noodle. This place is a must try for noodle lover (like me), especially the Char Siew Wanton Noodle which was my favourite. Apparently it is also well known for its congee but we didn’t get to try it. The place was small and clean, service was good with a nice chatty lady boss.
