Hong Kong 117 – Victoria Peak (太平山頂)

The next stop after Man Mo Temple was the Victoria Peak. I’d been there once at night, but this was the first time I went to the Peak during the day and first time went up to the Peak using the Peak Tram (山頂纜車). Pulled by steel cables, the tram climbs 373 metres and it was so steep that
the buildings we passed looked like they were leaning at a 45° angle! The Peak Tram was definitely a must try in Hong Kong. It was a misty morning when we were up there, so the view was not exactly great. Still we got a good look of the Hong Kong famoust city skyline which included the Victoria Harbour and Kowloon, towering skyscrapers and peaceful green hillsides.
