Seoul 120 – Myeongdong TeumSae Ramyun (틈새라면명동본점)

TeumSae Ramyun is a noodle/ramen bar chain in South Korea which is famous for its spicy noodle since 1998. It is also cheap with a really addictive Ppalgeydduck Ramyeon (Spicy Noodle Soup) for KRW4,000 (about MYR12). It was the most spicy noodle that I’d ever eaten. For a spicy food lover like me who have extremely high tolerance to chili, I also find it really spicy so this noodle is definitely not for the average person. If you cannot eat spicy food, order Geydduck (Mild Noodle Soup) or ask chef to cook it mild. The restaurant gave free flow of water and pickled yellow radish to east the spiciness. I still dream of this spicy noodle sometimes…
