A-Gei (阿給) are deep fried tofu that have been stuff with
flavoured crystal noodles and sealed with fish paste (surimi). It is
often served with a spicy sauce. Since we didn’t have time to look for the original shop, we just settled for one selling the same right next to the ferry station while waiting for our ferry to depart. Overall the dish was alright although I was hoping for something more spicy. Price from TWD30 onwards.
