Taipei 132 – National Palace Museum (国立故宫博物院)

The National Palace Museum is an art museum in Taipei, the national museum of Taiwan. It has one of the world largest collection of Chinese artifacts. Open daily from 08:30 to 18:30 every day of the year and entrance fee from TWD160, it was a nice cultural experience since I had been to the Beijing Forbidden City Museum and this museum shared the same root. No pictures could be taken inside the museum so I can only shared those taken outside. And in my personal opinion, this museum had done so much better job in showcasing the Chinese history and culture artifacts, although Beijing Forbidden City Museum sits on a magnificent heritage site.
