I’ve been going to a lot of Japanese restaurants lately and these 2 are my favourites.
1. Umai-Ya @ The Place, Damansara Perdana
& Damansara Uptown
Good food at a very reasonable price
I love the handrolls
Damansara Uptown’s outlet is usually quite packed
so you might want to make a reservation
2. Fukuya @ One BangsarSpecial Dinner Set – FUKUFUKU KAISEKI
One soup and four seasonal dishes with sushi or Wagyu beff steak at RM180++
(I wasn’t the one footing the bill)
Sakura ice cream tasted nice with the flower scent
Foie Gras with Wagyu beef steak is to die for
Ambiance was so-so given that they did minor renovation
after taking over from the previous owner
They have another outlet at No 9 Jalan Delima, KL which the setting is superb
