We were very tired after checking into our hotel in Osaka and only headed to the nearby Chikuchikuya (矗々家) for a quick dinner. We were too hungry to wait long for table so this restaurant offered a short wait unlike the other places so we just went for it. Chikuchikuya was a Izakaya styled restaurant and for ¥3,050 per person, we got ourselves some yakitori, sashimi and beef shabu shabu to share. Food was okay but not quite memorable compared to other places that we had been in Kyoto.
