There is no doubt about how Beijing people loves steamboat . This particular steamboat, Gui Zhou Suan Tang Yu Huo Guo (贵州酸汤鱼火锅) is all about fish as the main dish is Sour Fish Soup which is served with a spricy soup and chili. It tasted like a bit of Thai’s Tom Yam soup to me but I still loved it cause it was spicy. My favourite dish of the night would be the fried Tang Yuan (炸汤圆) which has black sesame inside the Tang Yuan.
