This is no doubt my favourite spot to get my chili craving fixed easily. Restaurant Kin Kin at Chow Kit Road (now second branch opened at Pandan Indah, Cheras) sell the best dry Pan Mee with Chili. Although the price has been escalating for the past 4 years (I remember it was only RM4 per bowl 4 years ago and now selling at RM5.30 per bowl), but the crowd has never reduced. The best time to visit this place is early morning before noon and late in the afternoon after 2pm. The restaurant opens at 7.30am til 8pm on weekdays and 8am til 4pm on weekends. If the crowd is less, you can try to order their pork balls which go very well with the chili as well.
