Mid November, we had our annual managers’ retreat at My Klana Resort (Allson Klana Resort), Seremban. It was part review, part planning, part feedback, part networking session for all of us across Malaysia. Our CEO also dropped by on 2nd day morning to have a dialogue session with the managers. He gave his insight on the organization going forward, as well as listen to some feed backs from the ground. As the organizer, I was running up & down most of the time. Although it was quite tiring, but I was glad to see the whole event turned out well and people were satisfied. We had fun during the short teambuilding session by climbing the wall as a team, and of course we loved the sumptuous BBQ dinner and Japanese Buffet lunch. The room quality was average though but we have no major complains at all. The bonus point by having a teambuilding in Seremban was we got free ‘Siu Bao’ (烧包) for tea break as courtesy of the Seremban branch manager. Not forget to mention, the late night karaoke session in the tiny town of Seremban with 10 buckets of beers for only the 10 of us.
