This is one of my favourite noodle shop in Hong Kong with its signature Chiu Chow Squid-Ball Noodle. I absolutely love the chili that could go with the plain soup noodle cause it was super spicy and it went down well with thee squid balls. However the chili is not for the faint hearted ;-P

Agreed, a go to place whenever I'm back in Hong Kong, just look for the place with the arrowana's in the back. Those fish balls are so good in here!
