The famous Tai-Nan cuisine since 1865, Dan-tsu Noodles (担仔面) has a famous branch in Taipei located at the famous food valley of Yong Kang Street. The word Dan-tsu in Chinese means ‘shoulder poles’ as the founder used to sell the noodle on shoulder poles in the streets. Quite a unique taste I would say for this noodle and slightly different from all the other noddle houses we’d been in Taipei. Price is very reasonable and service was good.
