This wine restaurant is one of the many restaurants/pubs/bistros along the Changkat Bukit Bintang pub street. My friend decided to settle for wine instead of liquor so we ended up in Giovino last Monday. By the recommendation of the manager, we picked an Italian Merlot and a few tapas. However, the whole wine and dine ordeal was actually quite bad. The wine tasted bland despite the expensive price tag, the tapas serving were too small for the price tag (RM18 – RM22 ++) and the taste was actually flat. Luckily, my company of the night was everything but bland, and that was the only highlight of the night.
