We spent our day 3 afternoon in Phuket lying on Patong Beach and splashing water of the Andaman Sea. It was the low tide when we were there and the sun was scorching hot. I was hiding under the pair of huge umbrellas and sun bathing chairs which we paid for THB160. While sipping my fresh coconut, I quietly watched the people strolling on the beach and my friends went to have fun in the Andaman Sea. The sky was clear blue with big white clouds, which I couldn’t resist and snapped tons of pictures of sea, sky and clouds. The beach looked so peaceful, it was hard to believe that it was badly hit by the 2004 tsunami which grabbed so many lives in just one day. Let’s hope such disaster will never happen again…
