Lotte World is a major recreation complex in Seoul, labelled as the Disneyland of South Korea. It consists of the world’s largest indoor theme park (a Guinness World Record), an outdoor amusement park called “Magic Island”, an artificial island inside a lake linked by monorail, shopping malls, a luxury hotel, a Korean folk museum, sports facilities, and movie theaters all in one place. We went there in the evening and got ourselves the After 4 Discounted Passport Ticket for KRW31,000 (about MYR86) each., normal price is KRW38,000.
It was really crowded in the evening and was drizzling when we were there. But we managed squeezed ourselves into a few indoor games, like the Conquistador (a.k.a. Pirate Ship). But my sister isn’t a big fan of extreme games, so we just went around and had fun watching other people got tortured by the extreme games like the Bungee Drop & Gyro Drop.
To get there, Lotte World can be easily accessed from Jamsil Station, on Line 2 and Line 8 of the Seoul Subway.
