After almost 10 years since I last played the badminton game, today I’ve stepped onto a badminton court for the 1st time with my colleagues. Gosh I barely remember all the rules & regulations, just simply catch the shuttlecock & strike. After an hour plus of running after the shuttlecock, I think I’ve warmed up to the game and perhaps will make it a weekly thingy with my colleagues. I think I need to vary my style of working out in order to achieve maximum result. But first thing first, where the hell is my good old badminton racket???
