This shop was still known as Ice Monster when I went to Taipei in Oct 2009. However, I read that in early 2010 the owner ran into some family disputes and changed the name of the shop to Yong Kang 15 (永康15) but still operate at the same place. Their Fresh Fruit Mix Ice Dessert (新鲜水果综合冰) is the No. 1 seller with the price tag of TWD160 each. The ice is absolutely fine and smooth, blended well with the ice cream and fruits. It is located at the famous food valley of Yong Kang Street of Taipei (near the original Din Tai Fung restaurant).
